After-sales service is an integral part of Masaken Arabia’s sales strategy, extending beyond the point of sale. We understand that our clients may need additional services after receiving their property, such as assistance with maintenance and ensuring that all facilities are functioning optimally. Masaken Arabia's after-sales services cover several aspects, offered under different conditions and levels, and are divided into two categories:
Company Warranty
This is a complimentary warranty provided upon purchasing a home from Masaken Arabia, covering all electrical and mechanical work, along with a ten-year structural warranty.
Maintenance Contract
This offers an advanced level of preventive repairs based on a specific schedule, including parts, fluids, and maintenance services for air conditioning, electrical and mechanical components, and flooring. Swimming pools are not included.
Customers automatically receive the first level of warranty (Company Warranty) when purchasing the property. For the second level (Maintenance Contract), clients can contact Masaken Arabia to request it later as desired, or request specific services or particular types of coverage by reaching out to us through any of the listed contact methods.
