Currently serves as an Advisor to the CEO of Maskan Arabia, bringing his extensive expertise in strategic leadership and real estate development to guide initiatives in strategy, development, business planning, design, corporate governance, policies, and procedures. Prior to this role, he was the CEO of Modulines, Saudi Arabia’s leading Prefabricated Pre-finished Volumetric Construction company, where he implemented innovative solutions to streamline large-scale modular construction projects. Previously, Rami held the position of Chief Development Officer at Roshn, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, where he oversaw the entire Western Region portfolio. Before joining Roshn, he served as Chief Development Officer at Bloom Holding, one of Abu Dhabi’s premier private developers, where he expanded the company’s portfolio to a multibillion AED value. Earlier, Rami was the Director of Residential and Commercial Development at Aldar Properties from 2005 to 2014, where he managed a broad range of residential and commercial projects, playing a key role in Aldar's growth. His early career included a role as Senior Architect at Jacobs’ Abu Dhabi branch, where he contributed architectural expertise and project management to complex design projects before transitioning fully to real estate and development management. Rami holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik (USEK) in Lebanon and a Project Management Diploma with Distinction from the University of Cambridge.
