Mr. Waleed Al-Saghyir is currently Vice Chairman and Board Member of Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Holding Co. Riyadh, K.S.A. He is also Chairman of the board Maskan Arabia Co. Besides this Mr. Waleed is on board of Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Commercial Investment Co, , United Electronic Company (eXtra) , Blom Invest Bank, Digital Electronic Solutions Development Co (DESD), Bussma Real Estate Management Co. Mr. Waleed has been Vice President of Contracting Division of Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Commercial Investment Co. Riyadh, and has hands on experience of sales management in different companies. Mr. Waleed holds an MBA from American University of Beirut.

Hossam Al Rashoudian

Mr. Hossam Al Rashoudian Architectural Engineer graduate from KFPUM has under his belt more than 12 years of specialized experience in construction management and value engineering. Mr. Rashoudi’s background before launching Maskan Arabia was enriched with managing directly, designs and construction of multi-purpose buildings to High tech Factory. Mr. Rashoudi being an Architect has a passion of developing beautiful and long-lasting homes. This can be seen in the two projects of Maskan Arabia, i.e. Alyasmeen and Aldar initiated under his leadership.

Hisham Al-Saghyir

Mr. Hisham Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir is currently CEO and board member of Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Holding Co. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is also on Board of Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Commercial Investment Co, Maskan Arabia Co, United Electronic Company (eXtra) , Digital Electronic Solutions Development Co (DESD), Unaiza Investment Co, Bussma Real Estate Management Co. Before being a CEO Mr. Hisham had held important positions from Sales Manager to Vice President of different companies of Al-Saghyir Holding. Mr. Hisham has a degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.

Sami Al Zakri

Board Member

Mr. Sami Al Zakri a Management Information System graduate from KFPUM has under his belt more than 22 years of specialized experience in banking, business development and real estate advisory. Mr. Al Zakri is one the founders who founded and established Maskan Arabia in 2008. During his career He headed SABB Amanah’s Business Development division and Jadwa Investment Business Development and Real Estate Advisory divisions. Mr. Al Zakri is also a member in a number of company boards and committees such as Maskan Arabia, TAAL Development Co

Nazar Al-Saghyir

Mr. Nazar Al-Saghyir is currently vice president of Al-Saghyir Commercial Investment Co. Riyadh. Before this he was the relationship manager of Corporate Banking of Arab National Bank(ANB) for over 3 years. Besides this he is holding important positions as Board members of Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Holding Co, Abdulaziz Al-Saghyir Commercial Investment Riyadh and Maskan Arabia. Mr. Nazar graduated as an Indutrial Engineer from King Saud University and holds an M.B.A from Colorado, USA.
